Kambi ya Tembo — maasai cultural camp with kilimanjaro views
Intimate tented camp with Maasai cultural experiences and mountain panoramas

Kambi ya Tembo sits on the north face of kilimanjaro inside the expansive Sinya concession (c.600 km²), a wild strip of plains and ancient Maasai bomas where large tusked bulls and resident wildlife are often encountered against a backdrop of towering peaks.
Overview
Maasai Cultural Camp with Kilimanjaro Views
The property is a classic tented camp: comfortable ground-level tents with private porches, a small main building with inside/outside dining and a campfire boma. With just 16 tents the atmosphere is intimate and suited to travellers who want wildlife and cultural contact without the scale of larger lodges. Kambi ya Tembo operates year-round on a full-board basis and emphasises simple, authentic safari comforts.
