nimali-mara tented suite on kopje with plains views

nimali-mara — Secluded Kopje Suites on the Northern Serengeti

Intimate boutique camp with private plunge pools and cave infinity pool

Perched on a small kopje in the far north of the Serengeti, nimali-mara threads contemporary tented comfort through raw savannah scenery — a quiet vantage from which you watch the plains and the Mara River drama without being in the crush of safari traffic.

Overview

Secluded kopje suites on the northern Serengeti

The camp's design blends canvas and glass with the kopje's natural rock: suites open with glass fronts to maximise plains views, copper fittings and organic interiors add warmth, and two Mara suites offer private plunge pools.

Practical Information

Activities & Location

  • Morning and afternoon game drives, guided walking safaris, night game drives, specialist wildlife-photography outings, scenic helicopter or fixed-wing viewing flights, and Maasai cultural interaction visits.
  • The location is prized for its proximity to the Mara River crossings during the great wildebeest migration (peak crossings July–October) while still feeling remarkably remote year-round.
