Booking Confirmation

Your booking becomes confirmed once we issue a written confirmation and invoice. This ensures that all arrangements are clearly documented and agreed upon before travel.

Transparent Payment Process

We accept payment by bank transfer, debit card, and credit card. A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due no later than 61 days before departure. Bookings made within 61 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation 61 days or more before departure: deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation 60 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the itinerary cost is payable.

Force Majeure & Travel Disruptions

In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, transport disruptions, or other force majeure events, we will make reasonable efforts to assist affected travelers in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Travel Documentation

Travelers remain responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccination certificates, and any other documentation required for entry into Tanzania and other destinations visited.
