Guidelines for Conscious Explorers

Never use flash on wildlife. Ask before photographing people. Respect 'no photo' signs in sensitive areas.

Learn basic Swahili greetings. Dress modestly in villages. Respect sacred sites and local customs.

Stay in vehicles unless permitted. Keep distance from animals. Never feed wildlife or use calls to attract them.

No plastic waste. No buying wildlife products (ivory, skins). No drones in national parks without permits.

Buy local crafts directly from artisans. Tip fairly. Donate to vetted programs, not individuals.

Take all trash with you. Stay on marked roads and trails. Never remove natural or cultural artifacts.
